Common questions

I can't see anyone on the map. The Now map shows people who have opened the app in the last 24 hours, who share at least one of your vibes, and whose "interested in" setting matches yours both ways. Try zooming out, or check that you're not in incognito mode (Profile → Account).

Nobody can see me. You need a passed age check, at least one approved photo, your gender and "interested in" set, and incognito switched off.

My age check didn't pass. The check is run by our provider, Didit. If you believe the result is wrong, email us and we'll look into it.

My photo was rejected. Every photo is checked before it goes live. When in doubt we reject — try a clear, well-lit photo of your face.

Someone is bothering me. Use Block (they disappear from your map, plans and chats immediately) and Report — both are on every profile and every message. Reports of a suspected minor are acted on immediately.

My account was suspended. The app shows you the reason. To appeal, email us within 6 months and explain why you think the decision was wrong. See the moderation policy.
